- The property address the work is for
- Which services you need
- Property type, how often you need us, and approximate yard size
- Your preferred date or urgency
- Any photos you choose to attach
- Any job details you write
You can also contact us by phone or email, in which case we have whatever you tell us directly.
What we use it for
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, work out a quote, and carry out the job if you go ahead. That's it. We don't sell your details, and we don't send marketing to people who only asked for a quote.
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by Netlify. When you submit the quote form, Netlify receives, processes and stores that submission — including checking it for spam — and then sends it on to us by email at admin@pzlawnmowing.com.au. That means a copy of your enquiry sits with our website host as well as in our email.
We may share information where reasonably necessary to quote, arrange or complete the work you've asked for — for example with a property manager, an insurer, an authorised subcontractor, or a technology provider assisting us. We only ever share what's relevant to that purpose.
Tracking and cookies
We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or website analytics of any kind. We don't follow you around the internet.
Our website host may set cookies that are strictly necessary to serve and secure the site. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this page to say so.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries stay in our email and with our website host so we have a record of the job. If you'd like yours removed, just ask — see below.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email admin@pzlawnmowing.com.au and ask. We'll tell you what we have, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it. No charge, no argument.
