It depends on the property, so we assess it when we quote. Paul is Working at Heights certified, but every roof is different — access, pitch and what's up there all matter. We'll tell you straight if a job needs different gear or isn't safe for us to take on. We'd rather turn work down than have someone come off a roof.

No, as long as we can get access around the property. Most gutter jobs don't need you there at all.
It depends on the job, so we sort it when we quote. Some of it goes in your green bin, some jobs need it taken away. Either way we tell you before we start and we don't leave a pile of wet leaves on your lawn.
It depends entirely on what's around your place — gum trees over the roof are a different story to an open block. If you're not sure, ask us when we're there and we'll give you an honest read on it rather than sign you up to something you don't need.
